How To Order

We hope you have enjoyed browsing our website, and hope you will return often. If there is something you want to order from Agwerks, there are several ways you can do so.

Simply give us all of your information on a fax along with the quantity and part numbers of the items you wish to order. We will need to know who you want your invoice/receipt made out to you, the mailing address, street address (please make sure you include this if different from the mailing address we need it for shipping purposes), phone number, and method of payment including your credit card number and expiry date.

We shop on the Internet too. Our Checkout is very user friendly and simple. The only required fields are your name, address and phone number. At this level your shipping cost is confirmed and your total is shown. Payment method is then required, then the order is confirmed. Other options such as different delivery address and notes are not mandatory fields.
You are also offered the customer login option, this is where we retain your information for future visits. This is completely optional.

As always, we do not share any information with any other companies or individuals. The complete checkout system is secure.

NOTE: Our website uses two currencies, US and Canadian. The website will default to Canadian currency because the majority of our visitors are Canadian. So, US customers will be required to click on the American flag to obtain pricing in US dollars. When you do this, you will see the website address change to, so you will know you are dealing with American prices and currency.

You can order securely on-line by pressing the "Add to Cart" button just below the price of the product. This will add the item to your shopping cart. Be sure to check the flags to indicate the correct currency for your order. From the "Shopping Cart" you can continue shopping or you can proceed to checkout by filling in your name and address information. (If you don't see a price, click on the title or photo of the item to get to the product details page.)

Checkout is completed in Secure Mode. You send the information securely and we receive it securely. Nothing is complete until you press the "Confirm Order" button. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. We will also e-mail you once the order has been shipped to you.

We manually review all orders and call or e-mail with questions, concerns or out-of-stock information. We aim to ship within 1-2 business days (often faster) and will let you know if we cannot ship within 5 business days.
