Bought something that was not what you thought it would be, the wrong size, or not quite the right part? No problem!

Agwerks makes every effort to best describe what you are purchasing on our website. However, if the item that you ordered is not what you envisioned, Agwerks is willing to help make it right. Get in touch with us and we will make arrangements to exchange your purchase for the correct item or refund the purchase price of the product. Please note, when returning a part or product it must be in full resalable condition or it will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Goods must be in re-sale condition and, where applicable, in original packaging.

Goods must be shipped back to Agwerks prepaid. Returns will be permitted only with prior approval by Agwerks. A return credit will be issued on account on approved returns once they are received.

If the product you received is not what you ordered, has a manufacturer's defect or was broken in shipping, Agwerks will refund the original and the return shipping costs.

You must call for a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. Special order items will be subject to a 35% restocking charge.

  • Call us toll free and explain what has happened.
  • We will need your credit card number and have to charge you for the cost of the new part or product, but will send it out right away before receiving the incorrect part back.
  • Once we receive the incorrect part or product back to us, we will refund your credit card for the full price of the product.
That's it! You get the right part sooner rather than later.
