How to Order
Ordering is Easy
When you call us, you won't find just another salesperson at the end of the line. Our product experts want to talk with you about your needs, and we'll make every effort to find a solution. And because your downtime costs money, we'll get your product delivered as fast as possible.
Occasionally, our lines get busy, so please leave us a message. We promise to return your call as soon as possible.
By Email or Fax
Just send us an email or fax that indicates the quantity and part numbers of the items you wish to order. As well, please include who you want your invoice and/or receipt made out to, mailing address or street address if different from the mailing address, phone number, and method of payment, including credit card number and expiry date.
Located in the heart of North America — just outside Winnipeg, Manitoba — Agwerks ships daily by courier, truck, bus and parcel post, depending on the size and nature of the product you've ordered.
We do our best to ship in-stock orders on a same-day-as-ordered basis. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. will be sent that day, provided our carrier can respond.
We will default-ship prepaid-and-charge at our cost, giving you the benefit of our shipper rates. We will also be pleased to ship collect on your instructions.
We utilize the services of several carriers and will negotiate on your behalf for best rates on truck shipments. As well, many of our products can be drop-shipped directly from our suppliers.
In Canada, we use DHL, Purolator, and Canada Post to deliver orders. Please identify your preference on your order.
For deliveries to the United States, we use UPS, FedEx and the postal service. Please identify your preference on your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cheques.
Payment is net due 21 days from the date of invoice. Overdue account balances are charged 1 1/2% per month.

All Agwerks products are covered by OEM warranties.
Agwerks makes every effort to describe our products precisely. However, if the item you ordered is not what you envisioned, we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us, and we will make arrangements to exchange your purchase for the correct item or refund the purchase price of the product, if the item is returned within 90 days from the date of the invoice.
Note, when returning a part or product it must be in fully resellable condition or it will be subject to a restocking fee. Where applicable, it should also be in its original packaging.
Goods must be shipped back to Agwerks prepaid. Returns will be permitted only with prior approval by Agwerks. Credit will be issued on approved returns once they are received.
If the product you received is not what you ordered, has a manufacturer's defect or was broken in shipping, Agwerks will refund the original and pay for the return shipping costs.
You must call for a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. Special order items will be subject to a restocking charge.
If you require faster exchanges of incorrect products, please call us toll-free and explain the situation. With your credit card number, we will charge you for the new part and send it before receiving the incorrect item. Upon receiving the incorrect item, we will refund your credit card for the full price of the product.

There are some products which do not lend themselves to single pricing. If the price listed says Call for Pricing, please contact us and we will ensure that you order and receive the right product at the right cost.
